The Brazilian Eagles have notified the league that they will be unable to field a team on Thursday, July 9, 2009 against Kingston Soccer Club for the first round of play for the 2009 USA Soccer League Cup Tournament.  This forfeit will advance Kingston SC into the Quarterfinals, where they are scheduled to play RI Arsenal Gunners on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Brousseau Field.
